Our calculators can be used without an account. If you request a quotation, survey or saved share link, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, city, property type, selected calculator inputs, recommendation results and installation preferences.
Information created while you use the site
We may record limited product events such as a calculator being started or completed, the page involved and non-sensitive result context. Your working property plan is stored in your browser unless you choose to create a share link.

Storage and service providers
The production site is hosted on Amazon Web Services. Submitted leads and cloud-saved plans are stored in an encrypted AWS database. We do not sell personal information. We may share the minimum necessary information with service providers or installation partners involved in fulfilling your request.
Retention and your choices
We retain enquiries and saved plans only for legitimate service, operational or legal needs. You may ask us to correct or delete personal information associated with your phone number or email. Local browser plans can be removed by starting a new plan or clearing this site’s browser storage.

For a privacy request, use the contact page and state that your message concerns privacy. We may need to verify your identity before changing stored information.
