SFP Connect · Starlink, Wi-Fi & networking

Reliable internet in the rooms and work areas that need it.

We install and improve internet distribution for homes and businesses—from Starlink or fibre at the edge to access points, cabling, switching, racks, backup links and backup power across the property.

What we provide

A complete connectivity installation scope

Start with where internet enters the property, then design how every important room, user and device will connect.

01

Internet source

Install or coordinate Starlink, fibre, fixed wireless or 5G service, including suitable mounting, cable entry and equipment location.

02

Wi-Fi coverage

Place wired access points around floors, concrete walls, outdoor areas and high-use rooms instead of relying on one router.

03

Structured cabling

Run, terminate, label and test Ethernet for access points, cameras, TVs, workstations, phones and other fixed devices.

04

Switching & racks

Provide managed or unmanaged PoE switching, patch panels, cabinets, ventilation and organised power distribution.

05

Internet backup

Combine primary and secondary WAN sources with automatic or managed failover where continuity matters.

06

Power continuity

Back up the modem or Starlink kit, router, switch and essential access points for the required outage window.

Common customers

Networks designed around how the property is used

Coverage, capacity and resilience change with the building and the work happening inside it.

Homes & apartments

Reliable work calls, streaming, smart-home devices, outdoor coverage and parental or guest networks.

Offices & retail

Staff, point-of-sale, guest access, cloud systems, VoIP, printers and CCTV traffic.

Hospitality & schools

Higher user density, separate user groups, managed access and coverage across multiple buildings.

Remote & backup sites

Starlink placement, protected outdoor routes, remote monitoring and continuity during outages.

What affects your quotation

Price depends on coverage, capacity, cabling and continuity.

How installation works

From coverage survey to tested handover

  1. 01Survey the property

Review internet sources, rooms, walls, user density, cable routes and power.

  2. 02Approve the design

Review access-point locations, network diagram, equipment, backup and quotation.

  3. 03Install and configure

Mount, cable, terminate, label and configure routing, Wi-Fi and user networks.

  4. 04Measure and hand over

Test coverage, throughput, roaming, failover, backup runtime and administrator access.

Connectivity questions

Answers before you request a survey

Can one router cover a duplex?

Sometimes, but concrete floors and walls often reduce signal and performance. Wired access points on each floor are usually more predictable than one powerful router or several wireless repeaters.

Do you install Starlink and distribute it through the whole property?

Yes. The scope can include dish mounting, safe cable entry, router location, Ethernet adaptation where applicable, access points, switching and structured cabling.

Can the network switch between fibre and Starlink?

Yes, with a suitable dual-WAN router and a defined failover policy. The design should account for session interruption, bandwidth differences and whether automatic return is appropriate.

What must stay powered during an outage?

At minimum, the internet terminal or modem, router and the access points needed by priority users. PoE switches, controllers, CCTV and phones must be included if they share the network and must remain available.
